We at Cabintec are proud to announce the launch of our new Roamer product, the Solar Welfare Unit, which we recently showcased at the Executive Hire Show in February. The Roamer 136EXS Welfare Unit is a state-of-the-art mobile unit that provides welfare facilities such as a toilet, dry room, and kitchen facilities. The unique aspect of this unit is that it is part-powered by solar energy, making it a clean and eco-friendly alternative to traditional welfares.

A display of the unit was held at the Executive Hire show in front of industry experts and members of the public. It received a lot of attention and positive feedback from those who visited the stand. The unit’s sleek design and self-sufficient nature make it ideal for remote worksites without access to traditional power sources.

 

The Solar Welfare Unit is equipped with solar panels that are mounted on the roof of the unit, which capture the sun’s energy and convert it into electricity. This energy is then used to power the unit’s various facilities, including lighting, heating, and power outlets. The unit also comes with a backup generator and cell battery, ensuring it can continue operating even during periods of low sunlight.

Launching a new business during the pandemic was a risk. With businesses having a growing demand for additional space, newly imposed regulations in place for welfare on construction sites and individuals setting up home offices, we located our premises in Kilcronagh Business Park, Cookstown; in the centre of Mid Ulster – which with the calliper of manufacturing firms is well regarded as the heart of the engineering industry in Ireland.

 

CabinTec has grown our manufacturing facility to 30,000 square feet, increasing the size of the factory from the original plans to allow us to reach new levels of manufacturing capabilities and match product demand across the UK and Ireland. Products are taken right from design to completion in-house, state of the art manufacturing facilities including a 15m x 6m blasting booth and 13m x 6m Dolby oven allowing full control of production and quality standards. As a result, our customers can choose from an endless array of design and sizing options.

 

We have released a wide range of products this year including the ROAMER AND STATESMAN.

 

The ROAMER range of towable welfare accommodation cabins provides an instant solution for your sanitary, welfare and canteen requirements on site whilst the STATESMAN Executive cabin range offers more style and comfort while providing a better workspace environment.

 

CabinTec focuses on providing a quality service, quality design and quality support – our range of products can be purchased at the basic specification or tailored to your specific application using the latest CAD technology setting new standards in cabin innovation and manufacture. Good design ensures full compliance and consistency standards are met throughout production, providing customers with the reassurance of safety and quality every time.

 

The focus was not only on improving our facilities and products, but also on our staff. We have seen a year of growth for our company, and our workforce has grown with it. In addition to deepening their knowledge of safe working, we provided them with in-house training to enhance their skills.

The newest addition to our Roamer Range, with all the features of our Roamer 136e but bigger!

Featuring a canteen that can accommodate up to 11 people, an office area, a toilet, and a dry room,

this towable unit gives you all the space and comfort you need out on site.

Even with its increased size it is still easily set up and ready to use in under two minutes.

 

Cabintec attended its first National Ploughing Championships.  The largest outdoor event with almost 300k visitors! ?

We really enjoyed getting to meet our new and current customers and would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us at our stand.
